Ah, the joys of fantasy football. You play a whole season with a great team, then have to have things decided by who added Rashad Jennings to their roster first this week, or whether or not a game will be played in a blizzard in Philadelphia. You have MoJo? Not today you don't. You want 35 out of Michael Vick? I don't think so.
Please give some sort of advantage in the playoffs to a great regular season team. Not a big one, but, as a tiebreaker, the team with the higher playoff seed should win. They earned an advantage.
Speaking of Jennings, he is a great play today against the Redskins. He's over 100 with a score at the very least.
I'm also benching Ryan Torain, again. I just don't see it, and the touchdown (on a 20+ yard catch, no less) was a fluke last week.
Start Aaron Rodgers. I'm not worried at all about the concussion. He should throw at least two TDs today in a game where I think we'll see some points.
With Andre Johnson looking doubtful, Jacoby Jones, Kevin Walter and Owen Daniels all see a boost in value against the Broncos.
Tim Tebow is very viable against Houston at home today.
How to address the Vikings and Eagles. If they play in the snowstrom tonight, I think everyone gets downgraded. Its hard to make calls on specific guys without knowing rosters, but if you have alternatives who are very close, I'd use them in almost all occasions. Stopping short of benching DeSean Jackson for Nate Burleson of course, but I'd certainly play a guy like Kevin Walter or Jacoby Jones over Sidney Rice, for example.
Cheers,
TFAM
