Just thinkin' about...today?

Here are the fantasy storylines I'll be follwoing in week three of the NFL season.  Enjoy the slate this week, as next week we'll have fewer games due to the start of bye week season.  The Sunday hunch will follow this post today.

It's put up or shut up time for Brett Favre, Percy Harvin and the rest of the Vikes passing game.  If Harvin is limping around the field like he did last week, who is going to get the ball?

Ditto for the Dallas rushing game.

What does the change to Jimmy Claussen do for the Panthers offense?  This could be a very disappointing year for Williams and Stewart.

The rubber meets the road for Jahvid Best today inside Metrodome.  With how good he has been, should we remember that he's averaging 49 yards rushing per game and 3.2 YPC?

Still waiting on breakouts from Shonn Greene and Jamaal Charles.

With injuries to Ryan Mathews and Knowshon Moreno that could linger a few weeks, it will be interesting to see the backfields of these teams today.  Buckhalter, Maroney, Tolbert and Sproles values could shift today.

Also, the New England backfield is now without Maroney and Kevin Faulk.  I want to see their distribution, as well as their goal line plan.

Is Peyton Hillis ready for the featured role in the Browns backfield?

Again, Sunday Hunch to follow.

Cheers,
TFAM
